TGO Launch
From factory to shelf, one stage at a time.

Who it is for — and who it is not.
A good fit
- Manufacturers and brand owners with a product that already sells somewhere
- Capacity for at least one trial container
- Ready to stand behind a warranty in the market
- Willing to adapt packaging, specs or price for the market
Not a fit yet
- One-off clearance or liquidation lots
- Products that cannot be certified for the market
- Looking for an agent's commission rather than a partner
- No product yet — start with Research on its own
How pricing works
Fixed fees to start. A share of what sells after.
Stages 1–4: fixed fees
Research, scout trips, samples in market and set-up are quoted per stage before they start. You can stop after any of them.
Stages 5–7: revenue share
From the trial container on, we earn a margin or a share of revenue on what sells through our channel. When you do not sell, we do not earn.
Questions
Asked in the first meeting.
How much does it cost?
Each of the first four stages is quoted upfront after a first conversation, based on your product and markets. From the trial container we move to a margin or revenue share.
Do I have to do every stage?
No. Join where you are — some partners arrive with certification done and start at the trial container. You can also stop after any stage.
Who owns the brand?
Your choice. Your own brand under a territory agreement, or a TGO-owned brand that you manufacture for us.
How long until the first sales?
Typically three to six months from research to the first container on shelves. Markets that require product registration take longer, because it has to come first.
What do I see along the way?
Every stage ends with a written result. Partners also get a portal with their stage, certification clock, shipments and sell-through — see the preview.
