What we do
The bridge.
Seven things, described plainly. If one of them is what you need, the next section tells you exactly how it starts.
01
Distribution
For manufacturers and brand owners with a product that already sells somewhere.
We put Chinese products into shops in new markets — the real channel, not a warehouse. Modern trade where it exists, and the ten-thousand-shop informal trade where it does not, which in most of the world is most of it.
Distribution & sales →02
Brand building
For factories that make well and market badly.
We build and own brands under TGO: naming, packaging, price architecture, warranty terms, retail training. You keep making the product. The brand belongs to the market it sells in.
Brand building →03
Market entry
For anyone who has been told "just find a distributor".
Certification with each market’s standards body, duty and landed-cost modelling, channel strategy, warranty and after-sales structure. This is the work that decides whether the first shipment becomes the tenth.
Certification & compliance →04
Sourcing
For retailers and brands who need a factory, not a market.
We qualify and manage Chinese manufacturers on your behalf: factory audits, price negotiation, QC on the line, and consolidated shipping. You get a vetted supply chain without the years it takes to build one yourself.
05
Market survey trips
For teams who need to see a market before they commit to it.
We take your team on the ground in the market you are entering to survey the real conditions — retail, competition, pricing — then help set up the local company needed to expand there.
Market survey trips →06
IT & systems
For manufacturers and distributors whose systems have not kept up with their growth.
Websites and online stores, ERP and CRM, cloud, data, AI and security — designed, built and run by one team, from a launch website to the systems a whole distribution business runs on.
IT solutions →07
Travel & visas
For delegations, buyers, company groups and families.
Business weeks, trade fairs and holidays, and the visas and documents behind them — planned, booked and hosted by people who live where you are going.
Travel →How a partnership actually starts
Almost nobody publishes this. Manufacturers ask us for it in the first meeting, so here it is.
01
A conversation
Thirty minutes on video or in your factory. Category, capacity, what you have already tried, what went wrong. No documents.
02
Samples
We take samples into the market and put them in front of real buyers in 2–3 weeks. You get their answers unedited, including the ones you will not like.
03
A trial shipment
One container or less, priced properly, sold through our channel. We learn the true landed cost, the sell-through rate and the return rate before anyone commits.
04
Territory agreement
Volume bands, exclusivity where it is earned, warranty terms, marketing split. Written in plain language, one market at a time.
What this looks like in practice
A Shenzhen lithium-battery manufacturer with 400 staff, exporting to 14 countries, needed a route into Pakistan. They had two failed distributor relationships and no local certification.
A Guangzhou accessories factory producing for three European private labels wanted its own brand in South Asia rather than another OEM contract.
Specific about scale, never identifying. Our partners are not references for sale.
